This month, Protiviti was honored to receive two awards highlighting our recruiting and early talent programs! NACE awarded us with a Recruiting Excellence Award for our Protiviti Liftoff program. We also received a Handshake Early Talent Award. We’re so proud to be recognized for creating an experience that’s really all about YOU! – our potential new teammates and our new joiners.
NACE Recruiting Excellence Award
Established in 1956, the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) connects almost 14,000 career services and university relations and recruiting professionals, as well as the business solution providers that serve this community. This June, NACE recognized Protiviti’s incredible Liftoff program with their Recruiting Excellence Award – a huge testament to our Graduate Recruiting and Learning and Development Teams.
Protiviti reimagined what a live-virtual internship onboarding experience could be to ensure interns feel connected to our firm, our tools, and our people, which in turn leads to a stronger experience for our intern class. Liftoff with Protiviti provides interns with the confidence they need to kick off a successful summer!
Handshake Early Talent Award
Handshake is a platform whose goal is to ensure that all college students have equal access to meaningful careers – it’s also the #1 way college students get hired! Since their start in 2013, Handshake has grown exponentially to become the leading early career community in the US.
The Early Talent Awards celebrate the top employers that launch early careers to new heights. Protiviti was recognized as one of these firm in their Professional Services category based on our delivery of deep expertise, objective insights, a tailored approach, and unparalleled collaboration to help leaders confidently face the future. When asked by Handshake, students identified these top three things they love about Protiviti: Values Feedback, Friendliness, and Networking Opportunities.
One of our previous interns is even quoted in the award announcement! “I loved so much about my internship. I felt like I truly experienced Protiviti’s company culture and was able to participate, grow my network, and learn so many applicable skills for my career in just a few weeks.”

She continues on about the important partnership between the Recruiting and Learning & Development teams which led to the NACE Recruiting Excellence Award. “Each year we have continued to evolve the onboarding experience our interns, and even from 2021 to 2022, Liftoff with Protiviti adapted to our hybrid environment. I personally feel that this experience from day one shows our interns how we do truly live our values of innovation, inclusion, integrity, and commitment to success at Protiviti by using creative learning environments, building connections across the firm, making the right choice for all in decisions, and setting each up for a successful career. Day one of our internship, is hopefully the first day of a very successful career at Protiviti!
