Congratulations, team! Protiviti has been named by the National Association for Female Executives (NAFE) to its 2019 list of ‘Top Companies for Executive Women’. This honor is a wonderful reflection of the journey we are on to make Protiviti a great place to work for all. It is also recognition that is based on a survey which evaluates companies on every aspect of women’s advancement. — including topics such as gender pay parity, women’s support networks and programs, development planning, examination of policies and more.

How do executive women at Protiviti view their role as leaders?

Executive Vice President Barbara Rothenstein sums it up best with a sentiment she shared this morning at a global conference of Protiviti’s managing directors.

“Our collective mission as leaders is to encourage and challenge — to embolden and empower our teams to take the risks that transform today into tomorrow’s mighty deliverables.  We need creative thinking from everyone, every day.  We achieve that through curiosity, through bravery, and through discovery together.”

How is Protiviti empowering women?

Our goal is to ensure all our employees feel empowered to use their voice and that our company culture is one of inclusion. Recently, we partnered with FairyGodBoss to provide our employees an opportunity to give feedback that we can use to implement change where necessary.

We also have several employee network groups that help to support women in their career, such as our women’s network (iGROWW) and GET IT, an employee network group that focuses on gender equality in technology.  As we work to support women in the workplace, we are also focused on our working mothers. Recently, we were named to Working Mother’s “100 Best Companies” list and recognized for many of our efforts, including some of our benefits.
