Employee network groups like our Women’s Network, iGROWW, and the Parents’ Network serve as supportive workplace communities where people can share successes, exchange information, and confront challenges together. In particular, iGROWW promotes conversation surrounding women in a professional setting and facilitates networking events and community service activities. This year, iGROWW hosted a series of GenderSpeak discussions to bring awareness, understanding, and appreciation of the science behind gender communication differences and to increase effective communication throughout the organization.
