At Protiviti, we’re thrilled to announce that preparations are in full swing to welcome our 2024 Protiviti intern class. 337 interns will join us from locations across the U.S., contributing their unique perspectives to our organization and supporting our teams and clients as they explore what a future career at Protiviti looks like. This internship experience promises to be a transformative journey of professional growth and we can’t wait to get started!
The Countdown Has Begun
Our U.S. interns will start their journey with us remotely on Friday, June 14th before meeting together in beautiful San Antonio, Texas. During this time, they will take part in Liftoff with Protiviti, our award-winning onboarding experience, and The Intern Challenge, an immersive five-day experience filled with learning, teamwork, and networking opportunities.
This is not just an ordinary internship orientation; it’s a launchpad to new career heights. During The Intern Challenge (or TIC as we call it), our interns will have numerous opportunities to enhance their problem-solving skills and discover ways they can make meaningful contributions through a client-simulated project. They’ll have opportunities to build relationships with other interns as well as our outstanding facilitation team and Protiviti leaders who are eager to welcome them to the firm.
But that’s not all: our 2024 interns are set to invigorate our work at Protiviti with fresh ideas and innovative thinking. Our interns come from diverse backgrounds and experiences which we believe is essential in challenging conventional thinking and adapting to evolving market trends. From the moment they begin their Protiviti internship experience, they’ll be immersed in what it truly means to care, collaborate, and deliver at Protiviti.
Fueling Aspirations, Igniting Passions
Throughout the summer, our interns will engage in unique professional opportunities that will build their confidence and enhance their professional and technical skills. Our interns won’t just be spectators but active participants—aiding implementations on client engagements and delivering results for clients. They’ll get hands-on training in Design Thinking along with solution-specific training programs while receiving continuous guidance through our advisor program.
Interns will also spend time exploring our commitment to giving back to our local communities during the Intern Week of Service and experience the unique culture of Protiviti through our ENGs (Employee Network Groups) and local office events.
