Happy Hispanic Heritage Month!
Each year, National Hispanic Heritage Month is celebrated in the U.S. from September 15th to October 15th. Through our value of inclusion, we nurture a culture where we believe celebrating one another and our unique backgrounds should be a constant – and Hispanic Heritage Month is another wonderful opportunity to recognize the histories, cultures and contributions of American citizens who come from a Hispanic background.
In celebration, our Lake Erie Diversity & Inclusion team caught up with three employees to hear their unique perspectives and stories. Not only do Johanna, Piero and Claudia (pictured below) each share an important message – but also a delicious recipe!
