Women’s Equality Day, which is recognized annually on August 26th, is the celebration of the anniversary of when women were granted the right to vote with the adoption of the nineteenth Amendment in 1920. Protiviti’s Employee Network Group, iGROWW (Initiative for Growth and Retention of Women in the Workplace), hosted events in offices around the country to recognize this important day. iGROWW’s mission is to develop, guide, and support career and personal progression while fostering retention of women in the firm. Coming together to recognize Women’s Equality Day was a perfect opportunity to do just that. Read more to learn how some of our offices celebrated!
