It’s hard to believe that we are already saying goodbye to the Protiviti Summer 2024 intern class! Over the past eight weeks, we have been impressed by the way our intern class brought diverse academic expertise to support Protiviti’s work in delivering innovative solutions to a wide range of clients and a refreshing energy to our local markets and teams.
Following a whirlwind onboarding experience in San Antonio, Texas, our interns delved into understanding our work, culture, and community commitments—as well as embracing Protiviti’s values and vision for the future. In addition to their project work, our interns participated in activities such as Intern Week of Service, Leadership Networking Weeks, and a Design Thinking Learning Lab. They learned about our six business solutions through our Tiv Talk Intern Series and dove deeper into our Employee Network Groups through ENG Connect. Lastly, they made unforgettable memories with fellow interns and members of the practice at baseball games, office potlucks, pickleball tournaments and river boat cruises – just to name a few!
Even though the summer has flown by, we haven’t missed an opportunity to celebrate and recognize the incredible contributions our interns have made at Protiviti. Here, in their own words, are reflections from several of our interns as they look back at all they’ve accomplished this summer:

A quote that encapsulates my experience is from Maya Angelou: “forgive yourself for not knowing what you didn’t know before you learned it.” The most memorable experience was leading a Friday “Lunch and Learn” session. I presented on the importance of gender equality in the workplace, and it was gratifying to see the active participation of my colleagues in the activity I prepared.”
