As we approach the end of May, we are proud to wrap up another successful year of Discover Protiviti! This immersive, in-person experience is designed for students who want to take advantage of a hands-on opportunity to learn more about a career in consulting. We hosted Discover Protiviti in 24 North American offices and welcomed over 230 candidates who spent the day learning all about Protiviti!
Before arriving at Discover Protiviti, each of our candidates completed a recruiter introduction and a case and behavioral interview with members of Protiviti’s consulting practice. This program is designed specifically for students within two years of graduation; these select candidates received an offer to join our 2025 internship class in addition to their invitation to attend Discover Protiviti. For many students, Discover Protiviti provided the insight they needed to make an informed decision about our internship program.
Discover Protiviti is thoughtfully designed to incorporate as many features of Protiviti as possible, paying special attention to highlighting our values of inclusion, integrity, innovation, and commitment to success. To kick off the day, our local market leadership welcomed candidates to Protiviti and provided an overview on who we are and the work we do.
From there, candidates learned about our commitment to creating an inclusive workplace for all, explored ways to get involved with our Employee Network Groups, and participated in an activity with our local inclusion champions that demonstrated the importance of everyone’s voice being heard in the workplace.
One of the most innovative components of Discover Protiviti is our AI-enhanced consulting project simulation. This simulation mirrors the reality of engaging with a client and collaborating with a team on analyzing an issue and developing a solution. The consulting project simulation provides an insightful opportunity for candidates to explore the work we do, our focus on innovation, and our desire to deliver the best results to our clients.
Candidates had the opportunity to ask members of the practice questions during a consulting panel and client spotlight. They also enjoyed a hands-on activity focused on our service initiative, iCare; from making blankets to packing snack bags, our candidates learned about the many ways that Protiviti gives back to its community.
We are thrilled to invite candidates to spend the day with us while learning first-hand about a career at Protiviti. Those who attended Discover shared they enjoyed their experience, learned a great deal about the work we do, and came away feeling confident that Protiviti truly cares about its people.
