For over a decade, Protiviti has hosted a March Madness Bracket Challenge for its employees. Whether a die-hard fan, a casual observer, or simply looking to connect with colleagues from other markets, we had a record-breaking 4,882 combined men’s and women’s brackets submitted this year!
Prizes and bragging rights were awarded to the top three men’s, women’s and the combined score winners. Houston-based Technology Consulting Manager Josh Cloud shared, “There’s nothing quite like spending several hours crunching numbers, analyzing matchups, and reading sports news only to have your bracket busted within minutes of the opening tipoff.”
Katie Rokus (left), one of our Learning and Development Portfolio Leaders, and her family attended the Women’s Final Four in Cleveland, Ohio, to support a friend on the South Carolina coaching staff as they won the National Championship on Sunday.
Congrats to all winners and participants, including those who chose their teams based purely on mascots and colors. Our very own Internal Audit and Financial Advisory Boston-based Director, Sonny Handan, fondly reflects upon a March Madness contest of years past: “…10 years ago, my co-worker won our March Madness Bracket Pool simply by picking her favorite mascots. It was the most amazing thing ever!”
