Today we wrap up our 2023 Discover Protiviti program across the United States. Discover Protiviti is an immersive, in-person experience for individuals within two years from graduation, who have an interest in learning about a potential career in consulting. This year’s program was hosted in 22 of Protiviti’s market locations.
Ahead of the program, candidates completed both a case and a behavioral interview with individuals in Protiviti’s practice. Selected candidates received both an invitation to attend Discover Protiviti, as well as an offer to join our 2024 intern class.
This one-day, immersive experience introduced candidates to many aspects of Protiviti. Leadership speakers kicked off the program with a Protiviti Overview and sharing insights as to ‘Why Protiviti.’ Candidates then had a chance to learn about Protiviti’s commitment to creating and fostering an inclusive workplace for all, exploring our Employee Network Groups, connecting with local inclusion champions, and participating in an activity to understand the importance of everyone’s voice being heard. To give our candidates the opportunity to explore the work we do and our focus on innovation and delivering results for our clients, Discover Protiviti hosted a consulting project simulation delivered through AI video delivery. Candidates were able to connect with and ask questions to individuals at all levels through consulting panels, networking opportunities and activities to showcase Protiviti’s service initiative, iCare.
We were thrilled to host this event in person and give our candidates a chance to experience first-hand a career at Protiviti. Our candidates have shared that they enjoyed the experience, learning about our work and solutions, and valued the way that Protiviti truly cares about its people.
