The holiday season is upon us, and we’re flooded with feelings of gratitude at Protiviti! As we look forward to this week of full bellies and full hearts, we’re sharing what our people are most thankful for this season. From family and friends to work events, there’s a lot of love in this post that we want to extend to you.

This particular year has been extra special for my family as we were thrilled to welcome our baby boy Aidan into the world. I’m incredibly thankful I was able to take full advantage of our firm’s wonderful parental leave program and spend quality time with my wife and son as we traveled to Bali for 6 weeks (pic of our trio in the nature-filled town of Ubud). Happy Holidays to all colleagues! – Ng, Internal Audit and Financial Advisory Senior Manager

I’m grateful for a team that cheers me on both at work and in my personal life. I show up every day feeling like I’m being set up for success, and I have my team to thank for that. – Sharon, Recruiter

I am fortunate to have no shortage of things to be thankful for this year, but at the top of my list for 2022 is the arrival of my baby girl (Lucy), the health of my family, and the flexibility that I have in my career at Protiviti to prioritize the needs of my loved ones at all times.  Happy Thanksgiving! – Vijan, Technology Consulting Managing Director

I’m grateful to travel this year! After a couple of years staying at home, my husband and I visited friends and family across the United States. I’m also grateful to work for a company that allows me to follow my passions. This past year I transitioned from working in our consulting practice to working on our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team supporting our employee network groups. Protiviti facilitated my personal interest areas by giving me the opportunity to service the organization in a way I would’ve never dreamed of! – Madison, Diversity Equity & Inclusion Senior Specialist

This Thanksgiving I am thankful for a few moments to slow down and enjoy my very busy, but happy and healthy, family. – Jessica, People and Culture Senior Director

This year, I am grateful for my amazing family and close friends. 2022 has been quite an exciting yet challenging year for me and I couldn’t have asked for a better support system. – Shonali, Recruiter

I’m grateful for change. 2022 has been a big year of change for me personally. I got engaged on December 5, 2021 and on December 6 I got the news I was promoted to Director. I’ve been a part of four new account teams in 2022, taken on playing the piano at church regularly, got a new puppy, and planning a wedding. Change can be hard, but change is good. It helps us grow, learn, and evolve to better versions of ourselves. I’m so very grateful to work for a company that helps me be the best I can be and so very thankful for an “almost husband” who fervently cheers me on and supports me chasing my dreams. – Jenna, Internal Audit and Financial Advisory Director

This past year, we made a big move 1,600 miles across the country from ATL to PHX, so reflecting back on all of the changes and new experiences we’ve been fortunate enough to experience, I am most thankful for my amazing family – my husband, sister, and parents. From helping us pack up all our belongings to long Facetime calls when we’re feeling homesick to trips to visit, my family is always there to support and encourage me. – Hannah, Recruiter

I am very grateful for Protiviti’s unwavering commitment to “Hybrid” this year and the flexibility to be home with our growing family! – Matt, Internal Audit and Financial Advisory Associate Director

I’m most grateful for the new addition to our family – Winnie! – Luke, People and Culture Senior Manager

I am most grateful for my wife, two children, and working for an organization that prioritizes the importance of spending time with family. – Kyle, Technology Consulting Senior Manager

This year has brought so many new and fun changes that I am so thankful for! I’m thankful for my wonderful husband of 4 months, our new puppy, and starting to make our new house a home. I’m also so grateful for the opportunity to boomerang back to Protiviti and start in a new role as a Talent Manager this summer. 2022 has been the best 😊 – Gabby, Talent Manager

When I reflect on this year and what I am grateful for, I am thankful for the grace of simple things, both from a professional and personal perspective. Professionally I am grateful every day for an amazing team and my executive team leader who give it their all. Their discretionary effort exceeds what I ever could have imagined ensuring our work environment is one that is inclusive and one where everyone belongs. Personally, I am grateful for my wonderful family who keep me grounded, which includes my 85-year-old mom who I refer to as my “mighty little mama,” (I am instantly better in her presence) who I adore and can’t wait to spend more time with her over the holiday season. I think one of the main things I am grateful for is my faith which helps me to stay focused in good and tough times and to not become cynical but see the best in others and to believe in our humanity. My faith is the skip in my step. Overall, my cup runneth over with gratitude for this year, the lessons I’ve learned and all the opportunities it brought me and others to leave this world a little better than we’ve found it one small step at a time. – Ranelle, Diversity Equity & Inclusion Senior Manager

We’re so thankful for our people and the happiness they have shared with us this holiday season. Happy Thanksgiving from all of us at Protiviti to you and yours. May you find time this week to sit back, reflect, and find moments that fill you with all the love, joy, and gratitude of the season.
