Next up in our series, we are headed overseas to the United Kingdom. Meet Kam, a newly promoted Senior Manager in our Internal Audit Financial Advisory practice out of our London market!
Years at Protiviti: “Coming up on my 5th Anniversary”
Path to Protiviti: “I joined in 2013 as an Experienced Hire from EY, where I was in their advisory practice.”
Current Solution and/or Industry focus: “Internal Audit and Financial Advisory and while there is no specific industry focus, I have done quite a bit of work in pharmaceutical, biotech and consumer goods”
What do you enjoy about building your career at Protiviti? “Definitely the people! I’ve made some great friends and have learned so much from my colleagues, which has allowed me to develop both personally and professionally. Additionally, being a part of the growth of the London office has made Protiviti a really exciting place to work.”
Outside of work, what do you enjoy? “Definitely travel. Last year, I was fortunate enough to visit some incredible places, including a safari in South Africa, a weekend of champagne tasting in France and rounded the year off island hopping in the Philippines. I’m looking forward to more travels this year!”
How are you celebrating this important milestone in your career? “I actually found out on my birthday that I had been promoted! So, I celebrated both occasions with a lovely dinner which included my husband and parents.:
What are some of your most memorable Protiviti experiences? “The opportunity to participate in the challenge schools! I have met colleagues from around the world and made some wonderful friends, some of whom have since transferred to the London office!”
