Protiviti Honored for Inclusion Excellence

Protiviti is proud to share that, for the seventh straight year; the Seramount Inclusion Index in the U.S. has recognized us as a distinguished Leading Inclusion Index Company. This honor reflects our deep-rooted commitment to fostering an inclusive environment where all employees can thrive.

To determine the index, Seramount reviewed detailed information from participating organizations, including policies and programs focused on inclusion and supplier diversity, along with leadership accountability and practices. Other factors evaluated were measurements of women’s progress, including demographic data at each level; recruitment, mentoring and sponsorship efforts; Employee Resource Groups; pay equity; and supplier inclusion. 

Recognition from Seramount underscores our continuous work to maintain an equitable workplace. It also assists us in identifying opportunities for growth and reinforces the importance of inclusion within our corporate structure.
