Recognition is central to who we are and how we work at Protiviti. Last week, we had the opportunity to recognize our newly promoted colleagues across the globe during our semi-annual Promotions Celebration Week!
While we celebrated together virtually through congratulatory messages from our firm’s leaders, internal spotlights, and more, many of our local offices also planned in-person festivities as part of our hybrid work model. From celebration meals and happy hours with champagne toasts, to mimosa and hot chocolate bars, to balloon “walls of fame”, to in-office baristas, and everything in between, the week was full of memories and meaning.
We’re excited to spotlight five of our recent promotes from across the US. We congratulate them and each one of our January promotes on their very well-deserved success!

- What are you most excited about for 2024? Continuing to watch and support (where I can) our talented practice team members in TC-Business Platform Transformation – ServiceNow/RegTech grow in their careers and grow their expertise.
- What piece of advice would you give to others working toward a promotion? Stay curious and continue to immerse yourself into our clients’ challenges and helping them solve it. The byproduct of this type of laser focus is your own personal development and acquiring of new skills at an accelerated pace.
- What’s something your colleagues may not know about you? I’m an avid Rom-Com movie enthusiast! And thanks to Netflix, we are making a comeback!

- What did you do to celebrate your promotion? Nothing yet, as we haven’t been able to find a free night with my three boys in multiple activities throughout the week, but I hope to celebrate soon!
- What are you most excited about for 2024? Continued growth and learning within Graduate Recruiting! There are so many different aspects that go into the success of finding the best talent at the graduate level and providing an unforgettable intern program. We are always looking for ways to improve and provide a five-star experience for our new consultants and interns and I enjoy being a part of that. Our team is exceptional and I’m excited to see what we will accomplish in 2024!
- What piece of advice would you give to others working toward a promotion? Be willing! Be willing to help out when needed. Be willing to learn something new. Be willing to ask for help. Be willing to venture outside of your comfort zone. Be willing to help within your local office committees. Be willing to work in the office and attend office events and trainings. Be willing to participate within one of Protiviti’s ENG. Being willing allows you to meet new people and provides new opportunities!
- What’s something your colleagues may not know about you? To make a long story short, I couldn’t make it to the first opportunity I had to interview with Protiviti. When I was given a second chance two weeks later, when the position was open again, I knew I couldn’t pass up the opportunity. After interviewing, receiving an offer, and putting in my two weeks’ notice, my previous employer repeatedly told me I was making the worst decision of my life. Lucky for me, almost 19 years later, it was one of the best decisions of my life!

- What are you most excited about for 2024? At the top of my list is continuing to work shoulder-to-shoulder with Protiviti’s incredible leaders as we collaborate and work to achieve even greater heights in 2024. I am excited to contribute to the success of all of our solution offerings and help clients navigate the ever-changing regulatory landscape. I am also looking forward to traveling to the Bahamas, Aruba, and Germany later this year.
- What piece of advice would you give to others working toward a promotion? Everyone’s career journey is unique; however, never forget the strong network that supports you. Don’t shy away from reaching out often and discussing your career journey and ways to achieve a promotion. You are not alone. Mentors and Leaders at Protiviti have shared knowledge and tips that have helped me navigate my career and have always been a source of guidance, support, and encouragement.
