The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) is an organization that helps to connect colleges with recruiting professionals so that students can explore potential career opportunities.
NACE looks for companies that are doing an exceptional job with campus recruiting, and we are very proud to say that Protiviti was recognized in this year’s program under the “Large Employer” category for our 2020 intern program. Our team was recognized with an Honorable Mention in this highly competitive category.
Our team was recognized for pivoting quickly to create an innovative program during unprecedented times. Our “one office” approach helped our team coalesce to provide an exceptional experience for our interns. The results of the program showed that all off our hard work paid off as Protiviti was able to extend a 99 percent offer rate to our interns with a conversion rate of 85 percent.
