Twice a year we take some time to celebrate individuals who were recently promoted to new career levels across the organization. Throughout the month of January, we will spotlight a handful of those professionals through our #ProtivitiPromos series. As we celebrate these dynamic career milestones, we will dig deeper to learn who the person behind the promotion is. So, what does an Associate Director look like at Protiviti? Let’s ask Christine!

- Background and Path to Protiviti: “I came to Protiviti just shy of 5 years ago from NISA. I was a fixed income and derivatives trading assistant. There were 5 of us that transferred into the St. Louis office from NISA.”
- What do you enjoy about building your career at Protiviti? “Constantly being challenged, having the opportunity to lead younger consultants, interacting with people from multiple levels, the sense of family and camaraderie in the St. Louis office, constantly being exposed to a variety of organizations, and developing meaningful thought leadership to share with our clients and the industry.”
- Who has contributed to your success or been a mentor to you during your Protiviti career? “Executive Vice President Carol Beaumier – the best boss I’ll ever have.”
…so what does Carol have to say about Christine?
“What fun it has been for me to have a ringside seat to Christine’s career,” says Carol. “One day, she was the rookie who, by chance, was assigned to one of my projects and today, she is a trusted colleague and a leader of our practice.
“I have learned a lot about Christine over the years,” Carol continues. “I can summarize it all by saying ‘I learned I can count on Christine.’ I can count on her always to deliver quality work; I can count on her to be the first to volunteer to help; I can count on her to be willing to tackle something she has never done before; I can count on her to develop and mentor the more junior members of the practice; I can count on her to handle the most stressful situation with grace and poise; and, very importantly to me, I can count on her to give me her honest feedback, no matter what. I can’t wait to see what the next chapters of her career bring.”
And neither can we!
