Twice a year we take some time to celebrate individuals who were recently promoted to new career levels across the organization. Throughout the month of January, we will spotlight a handful of those professionals through our #ProtivitiPromos series. As we celebrate these dynamic career milestones, we will dig deeper to learn who the person behind the promotion is. So, what does a Manager look like at Protiviti? Let’s ask Megha!

- Background and Path to Protiviti: “I heard about Protiviti while I was getting my Master of Science in Information Systems and Operations Management at the University of Florida. I interned with the Orlando, Florida office in the summer of 2011. I was amazed by the motivated and genuinely wonderful people at the company and the variety of IT projects I was exposed to. I accepted a full time offer at the end of my internship and came on board as a Consultant in June 2012. It will be 5 years this summer!”
- What do you enjoy about building your career at Protiviti? “I enjoy working with intelligent and driven people who feel challenged to do better and learn more. The beauty of building a career with a company like Protiviti, is it encourages you to keep up-to-date with your skills. It encourages professional development and it causes people to talk to each other about how we can continuously improve the quality of our work.”
- Who has contributed to your success or been a mentor to you during your Protiviti career? “My amazing family contributed to my success by being my rock every step of the way. Additionally, Protiviti’s mentoring program, which consists of a peer advisor, career advisor, and executive advisor has contributed to my success at Protiviti. My advisors are fantastic and are very supportive of my professional development. Also, my coworkers in the Orlando office were open to being “informal” mentors to me by always lending an ear and providing guidance when in need.”
Watching Megha become a Mega Success
Ever since she was an intern, Megha has had a network of advisors helping her launch her career. Megha’s career advisor, Mike, has this to say about her latest promotion: “It’s been a pleasure to watch Megha grow into the professional she is today. From her first days as an intern, she has put in the hard work to develop her information security skill set to become a valuable member of our security team. She is now a recognized leader in our office and continues to deliver exceptional service to her clients. In addition, she is a cornerstone of our recruiting and campus initiatives in Florida. She has helped raise Protiviti’s profile with several key student organizations, and that has helped us attract the top talent that she will manage as she enters this next stage of her career.”

Proud of you Megha! More power to you. God bless.
