Over the next few months, a few hundred new consultants will join the Protiviti team. Coming to us from over 50 different schools, they represent some of the top talent graduating from campus this year. As they join Protiviti, they will immediately be submerged into our culture by attending The Consultant Challenge. This challenge school is a 7 day long adventure where our new consultants will be onboarded and trained.

In a recent article by College Recruiter, our Executive Vice President of Human Resources, Scott Redfearn, shares this thought – “The goal of all our various activities is to help each new employee build a strong sense of belonging within Protiviti”.
