From Liftoff to Lasting Impact: Celebrating Our 2026 Interns

As we celebrate the close of an incredible internship season, we are proud to recognize the contributions of Protiviti’s 2026 intern class. Across both our May and June classes, interns brought curiosity, fresh perspectives and a willingness to jump into meaningful work from day one. The 2026 class represented more than 100 unique colleges and universities.
The summer began with Liftoff with Protiviti and The Intern Challenge, where interns built foundational consulting skills by interviewing stakeholders, analyzing data, documenting risks and controls, and presenting recommendations. From there, they transitioned into project work across Protiviti’s capabilities, gaining hands-on experience while supported by advisors, engagement teams and leaders across the firm.
This year’s internship experience also reflected the future of consulting. Interns explored AI Fundamentals through Intern Insights, gained access to Copilot and curated learning journeys in Percipio, and had access to Jada, an AI-powered agent designed to provide real-time guidance throughout the summer. Together, these experiences helped interns build the AI fluency and continuous learning mindset that will be increasingly important throughout their careers.
Beyond project work and learning opportunities, what stood out most was the impact interns made on our teams and the connections they built along the way.
