Protiviti is excited to announce that applications are now open for our 2027 U.S. internship positions. As part of the application process, select candidates will be invited to participate in Discover Protiviti 2026, an immersive, one-day experience designed for students who are interested in exploring a career in consulting.
What is Discover Protiviti?
Discover Protiviti is an exclusive opportunity for candidates to learn more about Protiviti and how we can help them launch their career in consulting. All candidates who apply for our internship program will be considered for an opportunity to attend Discover Protiviti; a select group of applicants will be invited to spend the day at a Protiviti office, getting unique insights into our firm’s culture and opportunities. The day will include a chance to:
- Gain Insight into Consulting: Learn about Protiviti’s work, culture, and mission while exploring the benefits of a career in consulting.
- Participate in a Hands-On Consulting Simulation: Participate in a case-based project that mirrors real-world consulting challenges.
- Engage in Networking Opportunities: Build relationships with Protiviti professionals at all levels, including senior leaders, and start growing your professional network.
- Explore Protiviti’s Values and Initiatives: Connect with our Employee Network Groups to gain insight into how Protiviti promotes an inclusive work environment. Attendees will also learn about the firm’s commitment to community engagement through programs such as iCare and iOnHunger.

Earlier this semester, Protiviti hosted a Tiv Talk to provide information to potential candidates about the Discover Protiviti and its early engagement opportunities for those interested in pursuing our internship. During the Tiv Talk, attendees received insights from recruiters and current team members who began their consulting careers by taking the initial step through the Discover.
