The Amplify Team
The Amplify Team, led by Patty Johnstad and Logan Wolfe, received the Retaining Female Talent award for their exceptional work through the Amplify Program. This initiative, launched in 2021, aims to support and retain underrepresented professionals, including women, within Protiviti by providing mentorship and sponsorship opportunities.
Patty and Logan shared their thoughts on receiving the award:
“Accepting this award on behalf of Protiviti and the Amplify program is truly an honor. The Amplify Program kicked off in 2021 with a cohort size of 12 participant and sponsor matches. Since then, it has grown to five cohorts and over 100 program pairs. Leading this important initiative on behalf of the company has been an incredibly rewarding experience. We are so thankful for the partnership from our Executive Sponsors and key leaders throughout the firm who, without their support and investment, the program would not have the success it does today. We are especially thankful for Executive Vice President, Susan Haseley, and Vice President of Human Resources, Jessica Harrison, for their ongoing support in our mission to strengthen Protiviti’s leadership pipeline and cultivate our culture of growth and connection.”

Honoring Excellence in Leadership: Ellen Holder
Ellen Holder, Managing Director at Protiviti Germany, has been honored with the Excellence in Leadership award. Ellen leads our Sustainability, Risk, and Culture practice and serves as the Sustainability and ESG lead for Protiviti across all EMEA offices. Her role as chair of the Global Sustainability & ESG Steering Committee underscores her pivotal contributions to driving sustainable practices and fostering a culture of ethical leadership within the firm.
