Houston Consultant Lizzy enjoys putting a twist on getting to know her iPals! Recently, she coordinated an event for some of her fellow consultants to take out their incoming iPals to Painting with a Twist. At this event, the ladies enjoyed a painting class led by a fun and lively instructor. Through these photos, you can definitely tell that everyone’s inner-Picasso shined through their paintings!
The iPals and consultants had a blast at this event! Future Intern Faith said “I had a really nice time at the paint night! I thought it was great getting to know more people at the Houston office on a more personal basis.”
Lizzy said that “this is just one example of how we can go the extra mile in getting to know our advisees. The iPal program builds a network and foundation for the incoming interns and new hires, so that they feel comfortable when they join Protiviti”. She has no doubt that the iPals built a closer bond from this night and we totally agree! We can’t wait for these and all our new hires to join our team this summer.
