Employee Appreciation Week is one of the many ways we pause to reflect on that truth. It’s an opportunity to celebrate the individuals who bring our values to life every day and to say a sincere thank you for the energy, ideas, and dedication they bring to their work.
Across our offices, teams came together to recognize one another, connect in meaningful ways, and have some fun along the way—each celebration reflecting the unique culture of its location while reinforcing what unites us as a firm.
Appreciation in Action—Across Our Offices
From coast to coast (and beyond), Protiviti offices marked Employee Appreciation Week with experiences designed to foster connection, recognition, and well‑being.
Many locations focused on shared moments and gratitude—whether through leadership-hosted breakfasts, handwritten appreciation cards, gratitude walls, or Culture Cloud spotlights highlighting colleagues who consistently live our values. These simple but powerful gestures reinforced the importance of recognition and inclusion in our everyday culture.
Other offices leaned into fun and creativity, hosting activities such as arcade nights, trivia competitions, painting sessions, bingo games, and even roaming magicians and mentalists. Team-building events—from golf and mini‑golf tournaments to game show battle rooms—created space for colleagues to connect outside of their day‑to‑day work.
Food and local flavor played a starring role as well. Across offices, teams enjoyed barista carts, espresso bars, taco and ramen lunches, crepe stations, pizza parties, acai bowl builds, and sweet treats ranging from gourmet cookies to ice cream bars. These moments gave colleagues a chance to slow down, recharge, and enjoy time together.
Many locations also incorporated well‑being and personal development, offering chair massages, yoga sessions, professional headshots, and relaxation spaces. These experiences reflected Protiviti’s ongoing commitment to supporting the whole person—professionally and personally.
