- Australia hosted office‑wide celebratory events across multiple cities, creating a rolling celebration of achievement. Promoted employees also received a special promotion pack, complete with branded “Promoted 2026” Yeti bottles, Nike jackets, and a congratulatory card signed by office Managing Directors.
- Japan honored both new Managing Directors and non‑MD promotes with dedicated dinners, alongside customized Protiviti‑branded notebooks personalized for each promote.
- The UK leaned into connection and storytelling, hosting interactive quiz events, enterprise‑wide lunches featuring advisor quotes displayed on screens, and office‑wide cupcake celebrations.
