The stage is set and we are ready to welcome our 2025 Protiviti intern class! We are excited to introduce significant changes to our internship program by offering two start dates, one in May and one in June, which will provide even greater flexibility and project opportunities for our incoming interns.
Additionally, a change of venue was in order: we will be hosting our award-winning onboarding and orientation program in the dynamic city of Austin, Texas. We can’t wait for our interns to experience the vibrant culture and innovative atmosphere that Austin is renowned for, further enriching their internship journey at Protiviti.
This year, we will have an impressive group of 352 interns joining us from various locations across the U.S., each bringing their unique insights and perspectives to our organization. We are on the edge of our seats as we get ready to see our interns step into the spotlight!
The Opening Act
Both our May and June intern classes will begin their Protiviti journey close to home before they travel to Austin, Texas; a day of remote learning followed by a day spent in their local office will build the anticipation for what’s to come next. Once they arrive in Austin, they will participate in Liftoff with Protiviti, our award-winning onboarding program, followed by The Intern Challenge—an immersive five-day event designed to foster learning, teamwork, and networking.
During The Intern Challenge (or TIC as you’ll hear us call it), our interns will enhance their problem-solving skills and find ways to make impactful contributions through a client-simulated project. It’s also a great opportunity for them to forge valuable connections with fellow interns, our dedicated facilitation team, and Protiviti leaders who are enthusiastic about welcoming them into our firm.
Striking the Right Chord
Throughout the summer, our interns will be immersed in numerous professional opportunities that will bolster their confidence and expand their skills—both professional and technical. Rather than sitting back and observing, our interns will take center stage, actively contributing to client projects and delivering impactful results. They’ll receive hands-on training in Design Thinking and specialized training programs tailored to our solutions, all while being supported by our dedicated advisor program, ensuring they stay in tune with their goals.
Moreover, our interns will have the chance to delve into Protiviti’s commitment to community engagement during the Intern Week of Service and experience our unique culture through our Employee Network Groups (ENGs) and various local office events.
