While today is Employee Appreciation Day, Protiviti has been celebrating all week!
Recognition is an integral part of our culture at Protiviti, and this week has been a dedicated time to spread positivity across the firm by recognizing and showing appreciation to our people for their hard work, dedication, and contributions. Our offices have organized special activities, events, and treats to acknowledge the efforts of our people.

Leaders at the Americas Delivery Center, located in Blue Ash, Ohio, serving employees breakfast. Other activities from the week included spirit day, an ice cream sundae bar, and a happy hour event.
The Phoenix office celebrated with an outing to the Cub’s Spring Training game.
The Chicago office featured an employee appreciation board, massage chairs, an onsite barista, catered lunch, and an office happy hour.
In Dallas, events included sweet treats, a happy hour, and delicious breakfast served by Managing Directors.
Houston celebrated with chair massages, notes of appreciation, an espresso bar and bagels, an opportunity to update one’s professional headshots, and lunch.
Los Angeles got the morning started off right with an in-house barista and pastries. They also had a sip and paint event.
New York had a coffee and donut bar, massages, bubble tea, and an ice cream bar.
We are thankful every day to get to work with each other, but it has been such a fun week celebrating across the firm and spending time with each other. Recognizing and appreciating each other is essential for fostering a positive and collaborative environment. When we take the time to celebrate successes, big and small, we create a ripple effect of motivation, inspiration, and shared purpose.
