Protiviti Named to 2018 Working Mother “100 Best Companies” List!

Have we told you how we feel about our working moms lately? Oh, that’s right…we have bragged a bit. But honestly, they are pretty spectacular!

Today, Protiviti was named to the 2018 Working Mother magazine “100 Best Companies” list for the first time and we’re going to shout it from the rooftops. This list honors organizations that have set the bar in recruitment, retention, and advancement of women in the workplace. The results are based on responses to a questionnaire conducted by Working Mother, surveying leave policies, female workforce representation, benefits, childcare, advancement programs, flexibility policies, and more. We understand that life and work integrate and we’re no stranger to the challenges that can come with being a working parent and living that consulting life. And despite the love and confidence we have that our Supermoms are capable of anything, we also recognize our responsibility as a company to put our employees first. We are committed to supporting one another as we continue to grow as an organization. To this point, Protiviti has implemented several programs to help our employees thrive in work and life.

Our flex policies, diverse company culture, recruiting programs, networking groups, and family-friendly benefits are a few of the reasons why we think Protiviti is such a great employer for everyone! (Did you hear we have open jobs?!)

We support growth. Through our multi-tiered advisor program and trainings at nearly every promotion level, we want our employees to grow and succeed.

We support experience. Whether it’s your everyday flexible work arrangement, the sabbatical program, or the global mobility program, we’re here for it! The sabbatical program supports employees who would like to take a leave of absence for up to three months for personal interests or meaningful adventures. In the past, employees have used their sabbatical to go on honeymoons, volunteer abroad, learn new languages, travel around the world, and spend time with their families. The Global Mobility program lets employees experience short-term or long-term work assignments in offices around the world.

We love our working moms, a lot. For new moms and working parents specifically, Protiviti recently launched three new programs:

To stitch all these great initiatives together, employee network groups like our Women’s Network (iGROWW) and the Parents’ Network serve as supportive workplace communities where people can share successes, exchange information, and tackle challenges together.

iGROWW Geek Girl Rising Book Club!

We’re so proud to be on this list for the first time ever! As a company, we look forward to continuing to build our organization to as an employee-centric environment that supports and nurtures our people.

Congratulations, everyone!
