Culture Spotlight: Anupama Menon
As part of our celebration, we are also honored to highlight a culture share from Anupama Menon, who offers a personal and creative reflection of her heritage through Mandala art from India.
Anupama Menon is a Senior Manager within the Legal Risk & Compliance capability based in Toronto. In addition to her client-facing role, Anupama serves as a passionate inclusion champion in Canada, helping create spaces where employees feel empowered to bring their authentic selves to work.
Deeply committed to fostering inclusion and belonging, Anupama actively supports initiatives that promote dialogue, connection, and cultural understanding across teams. She has played a leading role in organizing internal events and panels that elevate diverse voices and encourage thoughtful conversations, most recently serving as the organizer for programming such as an International Women’s Day panel, bringing together colleagues across regions and roles.
For Anupama, inclusion is both personal and creative. Through her culture sharing, she highlights mandala art from India, an original creative practice that reflects mindfulness, tradition, and self-expression. As a self‑taught artist, Anupama uses mandala drawing as a way to relax, focus, and connect with her culture and is an example of how cultural identity can be expressed through art, reflection, and everyday practices.
