Last month, teams across North America came together to honor their colleagues’ promotions, showcasing an impressive array of celebrations that highlighted both the personal and professional milestones of our talented individuals. From festive gatherings filled with laughter and camaraderie to heartfelt gestures of appreciation, each celebration was uniquely tailored to reflect the spirit of its local team while fostering a sense of belonging within the larger Protiviti family. Here are some of the celebration highlights that took places across the country:
East Region
In Atlanta, a social outing with promotes and Managing Directors was followed by an office-wide cupcake celebration. Miami treated promotes to lunch at a local restaurant complete with a champagne toast, crystal award plaque, and daily promotion highlights shared on Teams, email, and office screens. Boston hosted an officewide announcement and headshots, decorated the office with balloon towers, and wrapped up with a nice Italian dinner at Tresca with the leadership team. In Charlotte, promotes enjoyed dinner with Managing Directors and other leadership, while Orlando’s promotes had lunch at Sixty Vines with Managing Directors and Senior Directors. Philadelphia gathered promotes and Managing Directors for a special lunch in the city, and New York hosted small group breakfasts and lunches with Managing Directors alongside Ben & Jerry’s for the whole office. Tampa marked the occasion with lunch outings for promotes with the Market Leader and Technology Consulting Managing Directors.
Central Region
In Chicago, the celebration featured lunch at Chicago Cut. Indianapolis kicked off the day with a promotion breakfast, trivia, and goody bags filled with favorite treats. Cleveland headed to Pins Mechanical for duckpin bowling and arcade fun, while Pittsburgh hosted an ice cream social. Columbus took promotes to dinner, followed by a team potluck luncheon and a “How Well Do You Know the Promotes?” game. Kansas City treated promotes to lunch with the Market Leader and a gift card, while St. Louis hosted a full-office luncheon and toast, giving each promote a gift bag of various items. Minneapolis enjoyed a cotton candy social and lunch.
In Houston, the celebration included a promotion lunch, mini champagne bottles, handwritten notes from Managing Directors, and vouchers for personalized SnackMagic boxes. At our Americas Delivery Center, the festivities stretched over three days, starting with a Tuesday evening dinner, followed by a continental breakfast, and wrapping up with an ice cream bar.
West Region
In the Bay Area, promotes enjoyed lunch with Managing Directors and received a coffee tumbler and sweet treat. Los Angeles gave promotes Owala bottles, a special dessert, and a leadership lunch. Seattle gathered for a promotion dinner, and Salt Lake City celebrated with a promotion lunch. Denver and Phoenix treated promotes to a promotion lunch and customized Yetis.
