Protiviti is buzzing with excitement as we prepare to welcome the 2023 #ProtivitiIntern class to our offices across the U.S.! Each of our 358 interns will help shape our organization this summer and beyond by sharing their unique perspectives, fueling innovation, and embarking on a transformative journey of professional growth.
T-minus 3, 2, 1
Tomorrow, Friday, June 16th our interns will begin their Liftoff with Protiviti experience remotely and on Sunday, June 18, our interns will converge together to kick off their internship experience in fabulous San Antonio, Texas for Liftoff with Protiviti and The Intern Challenge. These five days spent together, in person, learning, teaming and networking, will build a strong foundation from which our interns can blast off and reach new heights.
During The Intern Challenge, or TIC as we call it, interns will have vast opportunities to actively hone their problem-solving skills, practice real world business application through a client-simulated project, and explore many avenues through which they can make an impact on the work we do at Protiviti.
Fueling our Values
Our interns bring a fresh perspective and a thirst for knowledge, invigorating our projects with innovative ideas. This year’s class brings a variety of backgrounds and experiences, and we are excited to partner together as we challenge conventional thinking, adapt to evolving market dynamics and deliver cutting-edge solutions to our clients.
From the second our interns begin Liftoff, they’re learning what it means to care, collaborate, and deliver at Protiviti. Throughout the remainder of the internship, which runs through August 11th, our interns will gain enhanced skill sets and confidence through carefully designed opportunities to make sure they get the most out of the summer. Our interns actively participate in client engagements, aid in implementations, and deliver for our clients. They’ll also be trained in Design Thinking, learn through solution-specific trainings, receive guidance and support through our Advisor program, explore our Commitment to our Communities through the Intern Week of Service, experience the Protiviti culture through our ENG’s and local market events, and more.
Our internship program serves as a stepping-stone for young professionals to launch their career. In fact, many of the journeys that start here continue on, long-past August!
