Today (and every day!), we celebrate the achievements of women around the globe and acknowledge the push for gender parity, pay equality, and inclusion. At Protiviti, we embrace inclusion and we know that to be our best as an organization, gender equality is an imperative. This year, the theme #ChooseToChallenge, reminds us all of our responsibility to challenge and call out gender bias and inequality to create an inclusive world.

How We’re Getting It Done
As we continue to work towards a gender-balanced workforce, we look to our employee networking groups (ENGs) to lead the conversation, most prominently, our women’s networks iGROWW (Growth and Retention of Women in the Workplace) and GET IT (Gender Equality in Technology and IT). We also hear the voices of strong women like Working Mother of the Year, Jessica Harrison (2020), Rising Star, Kizzy Gift, and NAFE Women of Excellence Naomi Wolak and Sarah Riesenberg, amongst others at our firm.
