How has your career and job role evolved with time?
“I moved around every year or so prior to joining Protiviti because I didn’t really know what I wanted to do when I grew up. External Audit had great people, but I burnt out quickly. Internal Audit seemed a bit too slow paced and I didn’t feel very driven. I craved the perfect balance of culture, relationships, technical challenge and not being overworked with the ability to move up and evolve my career. Protiviti offered all of that. After getting my feet underneath me in the first year at Protiviti, I assumed more leadership roles both on client projects and in the office and internal initiatives. I love that we get to work with wonderful people – both internally and clients, each day presents new challenges, and that I’m continually learning.”

What advice would you offer to individuals who are growing in their career?
“Never stop learning and passing on your knowledge. Seek subject matter that you are passionate about and then share your insights with your colleagues and ask them to do the same with the topics they are passionate about.”
