You may be aware that March is Women’s History Month, which also includes the designated International Women’s Day (March 8th). We’ve been busy celebrating the strong women who help to lead Protiviti on our journey together, the women who guide our clients daily and bring value to the work that they are doing, the working mothers who balance work and family, and the women at Protiviti (and everywhere!) who bring innovative, fresh ideas to the world every day. We also celebrate the men in our workforce who are allies in our effort to achieve gender equality in every aspect of work and life.
Protiviti’s internal women’s network, iGROWW, which stands for the Growth and Retention of Women in the Workplace, has helped to lead numerous events this month focused on celebrating women in the workforce and advocating for gender equality. iGROWW events ranged from yoga classes, to luncheons, to Jenga challenges (a play on the ‘balance’ theme), to panel discussions and more.
