Protiviti has made Fortune magazine’s 2018 list of Best Workplaces for Diversity, compiled by Great Place to Work, which recognizes companies in the U.S. that are working to create diverse, inclusive, and welcoming cultures and workplaces.
Having a diverse and inclusive workforce is a strategic priority, and a range of initiatives have been set up to support that goal, including diversity-focused recruiting programs, global employee network groups, a global employee mobility program, unconscious bias learning, and a network of diversity champions across our global offices. Today’s honor is a celebration of our commitment to diversity and inclusion, and it puts a spotlight on our ongoing journey to make Protiviti a great place to work for all — a place where every individual has the opportunity to succeed in work and life.
We have our diverse workforce to thank for this accolade! The Best Workplaces in Diversity offer the most inclusive experiences, according to the surveyed employees who work at the companies on the list. The results are based on Fortune’s annual survey, which gathers employee feedback from more than 4.4 million U.S employees.
The list considered the survey responses of employees who identified as women, people of color, LGBTQ individuals, Baby Boomers, and people with disabilities. Questions explored a wide range of topics, including employees’ experience of workforce diversity, innovation, company values, and leadership effectiveness.
