Happy International Women’s Day!
At Protiviti, our employees are in the spirit and making pledges of their own in support of the #PressForProgress campaign, which is a rally cry to accelerate gender parity around the globe and motivate everyone to think, act and be gender inclusive.
Just in time for International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month in the U.S., one of our own leaders, Executive Vice President, Susan Haseley, was celebrated for her “For All” leadership style at the Great Places to Work For All Leadership Awards Dinner (seen below).
In more great news, St. Louis Office Lead and Managing Director, Nancy, was featured in Crain’s ‘If I Knew Then’ series. In this article, Nancy discusses past opportunities she wishes she had taken full advantage of, such as the Missouri Women’s Forum. Read more here.
We’re proud to be an inclusive organization and celebrate the diversity of our employees at Protiviti. As part of our ongoing commitment to our people, Protiviti’s Diversity & Inclusion initiative is focused on attracting, developing and retaining the most talented and qualified professionals regardless of race, disability, national origin, religion, gender, age or sexual orientation. Protiviti has many Employee Network Groups, on both a local and a global scale, that support individuals across our workforce. One of these networks is the Initiative for the Growth and Retention of Women at Work (iGROWW).
iGROWW is an internal network providing a workplace community, particularly focused on our female employees. The network is a forum to enhance employee success and the working environment through discussions focused on everything from recruiting, advising and mentorship, career growth and retention.
To celebrate International Women’s Day, many of our iGROWW teams globally plan to connect to do an international conference call to discuss women in the workforce on March 15th. We’re looking forward to hearing more as our iGROWW committee continues to grow.
