Employee referral programs can be one the most successful and effective methods for building a culture with top talent. Alex, Technology Consulting Manager in Minneapolis, met Drew, Internal Audit and Financial Advisory Senior Consultant in Phoenix, through a mutual friend in college. Their paths have crossed many times over the years. Coincidentally, Alex and Drew are both from North Dakota and have many friends in common from back home.

When Drew first moved to Minneapolis, they happened to commute downtown on the same bus and frequently ran into each other. In the fall, Alex invited Drew to lunch, not realizing he had just moved to Phoenix. Drew offered to connect Alex with Protiviti in Phoenix and the rest is history!

Drew was hired into the Internal Audit & Financial Advisory practice in Phoenix last October.
