We have officially wrapped up National Women’s History Month; a month aimed at recognizing and celebrating the diverse and historic accomplishments of women. In the spirit of celebrating, many of our offices hosted various iGROWW events in their local offices. iGROWW is Protiviti’s internal employee networking group with a goal of enhancing employee success and working environment, achieved through discussions, support and initiatives focused on the recruiting, mentoring, growth and retention of women.

Here are a few examples of how some of our offices celebrated International Women’s Day and Month!

The Salt Lake City office asked everyone to write down the name of a woman that inspires them or print off a picture of a woman that inspires them and post it on the wall. They later celebrated with an office happy hour that was opened up to significant others.
Our Charlotte and Tokyo offices partnered together with a few others to host a conference call centered around key discussion points.
The Atlanta office hosted golf lessons for female employees and clients to #BeBoldForChange. Later in the month, everyone was invited to participate in the annual charity golf tournament.

In New Delhi, the office celebrated by giving each women a rose and organizing a group zumba class
The New York Office hosted a breakfast for all employees in honor of the month.
The US Phoenix office and the offices in Australia made pledges to Be Bold For Change and wore purple in support of the day.
Our Dallas office hosted an evening of networking and discussion around several Ted Talks.

We are proud to have supported and participated in National Women’s History Month and to foster a company culture that embraces diversity! Stay tuned for more throughout the year on local, national and global initiatives at Protiviti.
