Twice a year we take some time to celebrate individuals who were recently promoted to new career levels across the organization. Throughout the month of January, we will spotlight a handful of those professionals through our #ProtivitiPromos series. As we celebrate these dynamic career milestones, we will dig deeper to learn who the person behind the promotion is. So, what does a Managing Director in Boston look like at Protiviti?  Let’s ask Andrea!

Andrea is a newly promoted Managing Director in our Business Performance Improvement solution.
  • Background and Path to Protiviti: “I was referred to Protiviti by a close friend who was also a Protiviti client.  Prior to Protiviti, I began my career in external audit at PWC and then spent several years in industry in a variety of finance, operations, and internal audit roles. I am approaching my 11 year anniversary here at Protiviti!”
  • What do you enjoy about building your career at Protiviti? “A frequent question I get while interviewing both campus and experienced hires is “What keeps you at Protiviti?” My answer is always ‘The people.’ As part of my BPI projects, I’ve had the pleasure of working with many individuals domestically and abroad and my experiences have all been outstanding. I truly believe that I’m very fortunate to work with a consistently talented and collaborative team throughout the firm. ”
  • Who has contributed to your success or been a mentor to you during your Protiviti career? “There are way too many to mention. Similar to my answer in the previous question, the people here (including current employees and alumni) have played a key role in my success. I couldn’t have gotten to where I am without the support I have received from so many people from different offices.”
