When it comes to recruiting, we sometimes like to try something a little different. A great example of this comes from our colleagues in Germany. This past month three members of the Protiviti Germany team together with six students went on a survival camp in the wild for two days. The destination? The Hunsruck Forest! Their agenda included survival activities such as orientation, building a shelter, chopping wood and making a fire without matches.
After two days of case studies, action activities and a lot of fun, the team safely made it back to the Frankfurt office!
… And yes everyone survived 🙂
