Over the last few weeks, Protiviti has had a lot to celebrate! From being named one of the Top 15 Consulting Firms by Consulting Magazine for a third year in a row to our recent Achievers Award as an Elite Eight firm for our Culture, we are honored to be recognized in so many outstanding categories.
Recently however, we won an award for a new program in our firm, and we are pretty excited. The Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards Program is one of the most prestigious award programs in the industry. They award companies on various parts of their employment practices ranging from Talent Acquisition to Candidate Experience.
Protiviti is thrilled to announce that we received a Bronze level award in their “Best New Hire Onboarding Program” category for our recent roll out of “Passport to Protiviti”. This innovative onboarding program starts when a candidate accepts her Protiviti offer and continues until her one-year anniversary with our organization. Currently, every full time U.S. new hire receives this exceptional experience, ensuring a smooth transition and a meaningful connection from the very start.
Human Resources Director, Jessica Harrison, who led the development of this exciting program, had this to say about the accolade:
“We are very excited that our Passport to Protiviti onboarding program has been recognized. In creating Passport, we focused on feedback we received from our people to ensure the program prepared individuals for their Protiviti careers. While we love the external recognition, we are even more pleased with the fantastic feedback we have received directly from our new hires and their project teams. We continuously adjust our Passport content to ensure it is fresh and relevant. We are looking forward to building upon this initiative and plan to roll out Passport globally in the next year”.
