Millennials-Best Workplaces 2016-logo-rgb

We are thrilled to announce that we have once again been named to the “100 Best Workplaces for Millennials” list by Fortune magazine and Great Place to Work.  This award recognizes companies with extraordinary corporate cultures and talent growth initiatives.

“At Protiviti, we’re deeply focused on ensuring our employees gain a strong sense of purpose and belonging to help them not only succeed in their careers at our firm, but also become woven into the tapestry that is our unique culture,” said Joseph Tarantino, president and CEO of Protiviti. “We’re honored to be recognized for our devotion to cultivating millennial employees and providing them with growth opportunities in a collaborative team environment.”

Rankings for the 100 Best Workplaces for Millennials are based entirely upon employees’ own feedback and selected from a database of more than 600 Great Place to Work-Certified organizations.

To determine the list, Fortune asked Great Place to Work, a global research and consulting firm, to survey more than 88,000 millennials (born 1981 or later), who rated their organizations on 58 workplace quality questions. Employees considered the sincerity of managers’ support for people’s personal and professional lives, how transparent communication is, people’s ability to be themselves at work and to invest in their lives outside work, and the meaning they get from their jobs, among many other factors. Millennials’ anonymous responses resulted in a total score for each company, which was compared to the benchmark for organizations of that size. Companies needed to employ at least 50 millennials and achieve a 95% confidence level and margin of error of 5% or less in order to be eligible.

“Careers at Protiviti encompass more than your day-to-day work activities and duties,” said Scott Redfearn, Executive Vice President of Global Human Resources at Protiviti. “Our pillars for success are rooted in the mindset of providing growth opportunities on a professional and personal level. We want to enable our people to see the incredible impact they make on our clients’ businesses in multiple ways.”

We completely agree and look forward to celebrating this exciting achievement!
