Today more than one in three American workers are Millennials – that’s 53.5 million people between the ages of 18 and 34.
The media portrays mixed messages about Millennials, but here at Protiviti we’ve relied on experience to shape our perspective on this rising generation. We see our Millennials looking for new opportunities to take on more, enthusiastically using technology to network and develop ideas, and being quick to step up and lead our community initiatives and special events.
Now Protiviti has been officially recognized as a “Best Place to Work for Millennials, 2015,” by Best Companies Group, in partnership with The Center for Generational Kinetics. Best Companies Group analyzed data from more than 4,000 U.S. organizations to put together the final list of 75 winners.
