“It’s the most wonderful time of the year” is ringing true here in the Dallas, TX office! A decorated Christmas tree, colorful nutcrackers, and an electronic countdown to Christmas sign are just a few of the many holiday pieces that creative a festive atmosphere in our office.   Although this is a time when many of us are hustling and bustling to finish projects and prepare ourselves for the next year, the Dallas Protiviti office has made it a priority to spend time helping those who are less fortunate in our neighborhood.
A group of us went to Wynnewood Community Service Center, in south Dallas, to tutor and make gingerbread houses with children from the area.  Half the fun was watching the kids sneakily eat the decorative candy while creating their gingerbread house!  My group couldn’t get the foundation strong enough, so we opted to have a gingerbread tepee instead!

Chase Johnson put together the “12 Bars of Christmas” pub crawl that benefited Toys for Tots!  Everyone who participated (around 100 people!) proudly wore their tacky sweater, and donated either money or a toy the charity!

Santa “aka. Russ Collins” also made an appearance at our Family Holiday Party!  Cheesy holiday jokes, face painting, crafts, and cookies brought joy to the children and parents in our Dallas office! Do you think Richard Williams was naughty or nice this year?!

Protiviti offices all throughout the world have been sharing the holiday spirit with the less fortunate in some way or another. The Chicago office even braved the coldest day of the year to ring the Salvation Army bells!  I hope that you have a wonderful holiday season and take time to help someone in need in your hometown!
Happy Holidays!
